Back in the day “Trimm Dich” was the big thing to get people moving. Those were the times before mainstream fitness studios hitting city centers when people were running through the woods and following a certain order of exercises that would focus on different musculoskeletal systems. Completely analog a world without earplugs and autistic jogging. Trimm Dich was big and so was individual sports.
What was quite a movement in the 1970ies and 80ies is now rotting in the woods. It lies deserted and is hardly used for working out at all. However, there is hope. The concept though is still viable, it just needs a brush up to the demands of digital times.
We would like to revive Trimm Dich and bring it to the digital age levering all the possibilities the digital world and the digital transformation in healthcare has to offer us. Getting sports out of the studio back into nature and yet not having to relinquish the comforts of modern technology.
